Grounding, also known as earthing, is the act of physically connecting your bare skin with the earth. This is often done by walking barefoot on the ground, which allows the body to absorb the electrons from the Earth’s energy currents. In today’s time, not everyone has the luxury to connect with nature, so we are bringing earthing to you! Every room has a grounding mat or sheet that you lie on while you receive treatment! Grounding helps with decreasing inflammation, better sleep, more energy, and lower stress levels.

The 7-chakra gemstone mat sits underneath each grounding sheet in each of the treatment rooms. The gemstone mat works in conjunction with the grounding sheet to realign energy channels in the body while supporting the body’s natural healing process.

O3 REGENERATIVE THERAPY

O3 Regenerative Therapy supplies your body with additional oxygen to stimulate stem cell production in order to increase antioxidant protection, regenerate and repair tissues and cartilage, and reduce pain and inflammation.

The patient will receive O3 through the ears, much like wearing earbuds or a stethoscope.

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to promote general well-being. We use it topically, depending on your treatment, and in diffusers that release tiny molecules of the oil into the air.
